One of the best things you can do for yourself is take time to just be. Meditation is a great way to bring balance to your life and reduce stress and anxiety. UCF Health is introducing a new Mindfulness Meditation class starting in the New Year. The class is led by a nationally-certified yoga instructor and includes some gentle movements. The class is taught at your comfort level- either on the floor or in a chair. Classes are an hour long and cost $10. No need to sign-up in advance- just show up! Check with your insurance company to see if it provides reimbursement for yoga. Come experience the benefits that mediation can have on your health!
