Elizabeth at the reception desk was very gracious and helpful, she provided great customer service. She listened and provided the necessary information and explanation. As a patient with Lupus SLE I am always taken care of, heard, and really seen by my care team at UCF Health. I recommend them to all of my friends who need help, to anyone I know with lupus or skin conditions. Their level of care is amazing. I can send them an email at 2 in the morning and they'll respond as soon as they can, I've never once felt judged or misunderstood. I sincerely love them as health care providers. read less

She takes time with patients and she listens. I have been brushed off for years and I actually thought I was going crazy because I have been in so much pain for years and every doctor I saw didn't care enough to help me. I am so glad I found UCF Health!! Dr. George also referred me to Dr. Sami, Dermatologist. I am so greatful for everything he did to help my skin condition as well and they both worked together to find a treatment for me. I also have to say that the front desk lady at the Rheumatologist office (I'm so sorry I can't remember her name) is friendly and very helpful!!
I can't say enough about UCF Health and the physicians that have treated me here!!

Dr Paulson... read moreThe care and service that we have received from UCF Health at Lake Nona has been excellent. Dr Paulson takes time with her patients explaining all aspects of the care. She never makes you feel rushed. We also get very quick responses when using the patient portal to get answers or prescriptions refilled.
It is a little unnerving to not be able to speak to a nurse directly but we have had our questions answered. read less

Each are exceptional and I couldn't recommend them more highly. Their phone services are horrendous. I received a message to return a call in regards to a biopsy result. Upon attempting to reach them there is no applicable option in the menu. Upon trying the available options I received a not available response. So now I sit and worry until they may choose to call again. read less
