COVID Vaccine Information

If you are looking for information about receiving a COVID vaccine, please contact the Florida Department of Health COVID hotline at 866-779-6121 or visit either their website at floridahealth.gov or please visit your local Florida County Website for the most recent information on COVID vaccination sites.  COVID vaccines are not currently available at UCF Health.  

If you have recently completed a COVID vaccine questionnaire and a letter from your physician has been requested before you can receive your vaccine, please click the tab “Patient Portal” above to sign into our patient portal using the email address you have provided us at past visits.   When sending a request through the patient portal, please be sure to include your Name, Date of birth, and a telephone number to call when the letter is ready for pick-up or to be faxed.
