Our clinical psychologist and team of UCF clinical psychology graduate externs help patients when habits, behaviors, stress, worry, or emotional concerns are interfering with their daily life or overall health. Having all of our services under one roof allows for integrated, team-based care.

The behavioral health providers are a part of your medical team and work with the physicians, nurses and other medical staff to evaluate mind-body-behavior connections and provide brief, evidence-based and solution-focused interventions including:

Coping with chronic medical conditions
Facilitating lifestyle behavior change
Managing emotional or behavioral difficulties
  • Anger
  • Anxiety
  • Bereavement
  • Depression
  • Stress

If you and your provider agree that you can benefit from these services, request a behavioral health consult during your visit.
