UCF Pegasus Health, the College of Medicine’s physician practice, announces the addition of three physicians: Dr. Analia Castiglioni, Dr. Lisa Barkley, and Dr. Angela Mazza.
“UCF Pegasus Health now boasts 14 primary care and specialty physicians to serve patients throughout the Orlando area,” says Linda Smelser, Director of Clinical Operations.
Before joining UCF Pegasus Health, Dr. Castiglioni was on faculty at the University of Alabama at Birmingham where she was promoted to Associate Professor of Medicine. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and focuses her practice on women’s health.
Dr. Barkley is board certified in family, adolescent and sports medicine. She also serves as assistant dean of diversity and inclusion for the UCF College of Medicine. Before joining UCF, she was associate vice president for health and wellness at Delaware State University and founding dean of the College of Health and Public Policy.
Dr. Mazza is board certified in internal medicine and endocrinology. She specializes in treating patients with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, thyroid and other endocrine disorders. She is the former medical director of the Florida Hospital Diabetes Program.
