Biography

Lyndsey is a Registered Nurse and Clinical Care Coordinator with UCF Health whose broad clinical background, adventurous spirit, and deep commitment to personal patient relationships make her a truly distinctive member of the care team. A Florida native born and raised in Indialantic, Lyndsey brings a warm, grounded perspective to her work in Central Florida healthcare — along with a wealth of clinical insight earned across diverse settings and communities throughout the country and beyond.

Education

Lyndsey is a proud Florida State University alumna and former collegiate athlete. The discipline, resilience, and team-first mentality she developed as a student-athlete continue to define her approach to nursing and patient care.

Background

Lyndsey has been a registered nurse since 2019, building her clinical foundation across both hospital and outpatient specialty settings. From 2021 to 2023, she expanded her expertise as a travel nurse, working in healthcare settings nationwide while living in an RV with her husband. This experience gave her a rare breadth of perspective — she has seen how different communities and healthcare systems approach patient-centered care, and she brings that adaptability and insight to every patient she encounters at UCF Health.

Having lived in three countries and visited seventeen, Lyndsey’s global perspective informs the inclusive, individualized care she delivers. In 2024, she joined UCF Health as a triage nurse, applying her sharp clinical judgment and patient-focused communication style in a fast-paced, high-impact role. Her triage nursing experience — assessing needs quickly, prioritizing care, and connecting patients with appropriate resources — translates seamlessly into her growing work in care management.

Chronic Care Management

Lyndsey is a dedicated member of UCF Health’s CareConnect Chronic Care Management Program, a comprehensive service providing ongoing support, primary care coordination, and personalized health planning for patients living with chronic conditions. For Lyndsey, CareConnect represents exactly what drew her to healthcare: the opportunity to build genuine, lasting bonds with patients and to be a consistent, trusted presence across their health journey.

Through the program, she partners with patients one-on-one to set and track meaningful health goals, support medication management, and bridge the gap between office visits — connecting individuals with the community resources they need to stay healthy and engaged in their own care.

Lyndsey and her husband continue to embrace life’s adventures together from their home in Central Florida. Whether she is exploring a new destination, cheering on the Seminoles, or building meaningful connections with the patients who inspire her daily, Lyndsey brings energy, warmth, and genuine enthusiasm to everything she does.
