Lindsey Carriles, APRN, NP-C

Biography

Lindsey is a Nurse Practitioner with specialty training in cardiology. She works with UCF Health’s two cardiologists to provide outstanding, patient-centered care to those suffering from heart disease.

Education

Lindsey received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Central Florida. She received her master’s degree in nursing and her Nurse Practitioner training at the University of South Florida. She earned a post-graduate certificate in cardiovascular care from the University of South Alabama.

Background

Lindsey has worked in a variety of healthcare locations and in various specialties. Most recently she was a Nurse Practitioner at Health First Cardiovascular Specialists in Cocoa Beach FL, where she was on staff at Cape Canaveral Hospital. She taught advanced cardiac life support at AdventHealth and has served as a senior nurse tech, cardiac stress lab technician and certified medical assistant in various cardiology practices. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
