UCF Health has expanded its primary care and specialty services with the addition of five new physicians. The expanded services will allow the practice to provide a high level of care for residents of Central Florida.

Included in the expanded services are Allergy and Immunology, Gynecology, Sports Medicine, Internal Medicine and Ophthalmology. You can read more about our newest physicians below.

Aishah Ali, MD

Dr. Aishah Ali is board certified in Internal Medicine. She specializes in Allergy and Immunology and assists patients who are suffering from environmental and/or food allergies, as well as those with asthma and those with immunodeficiency. She is proud to help her patients live a better quality of life by diagnosing, treating and educating patients about their allergies.

 


 

Mehul Patel, MD, MSc

Ophthalmology 

Dr. Mehul Patel is a comprehensive ophthalmologist who evaluates and manages eye diseases both medically and surgically.  He specializes in refractive cataract surgery and minimally invasive glaucoma surgery. He understands the delicacy and complexity of the eye as well as the importance of having good vision for as long as possible.

 Michael Seifert, MD

Internal Medicine and Sports Medicine

Dr. Michael K. Seifert is board certified in internal medicine and sports medicine. After graduating from the University of Florida and before attending medical school, he worked as a computer engineer in healthcare information systems. His interest in the breadth of the medical field led to his initial specialization in internal medicine. He sub-specialized in sports medicine so that he could provide excellent musculoskeletal care.


 John Tramont, MD

Gynecology

Dr. John Tramont is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and excels in caring for women with complex gynecologic and urogynecologic conditions as well as chronic pelvic pain and menopause. He performs different gynecological surgeries that assist women in living a better quality life. He had a long career in the U.S. Navy prior to joining UCF Health.
