Aishah Ali, M.D.
Dr. Aishah Ali is board certified in Allergy and Immunology and assists patients who are suffering from environmental and/or food allergies, as well as those with asthma and those with immunodeficiency. She is proud to help her patients live a better quality of life by diagnosing, treating and educating patients about their allergies.
Dr. Ali received her M.D. degree at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine in East Lansing, MI. She completed her Internal Medicine residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. Her fellowship training in Allergy and Clinical Immunology was completed at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine.
Dr. Ali was inspired to specialize in Allergy and Immunology having struggled with allergies growing up. She is committed to helping patients have a better quality of life by helping them to identify the culprit of their symptoms and provide options for relief. She has done research on adults who develop a shellfish allergy to better understand why and how that happens. Food allergies remain an area of interest for her. She also has a clinical interest in treating patients with hives. Dr. Ali works closely with other specialists in the care of her patients including ENT, Pulmonary, Primary Care, Dermatology, GI, and Ophthalmoly.
